These are some booth seats in a restaurant we went to recently. It was a Mexican restaurant called Cancun, and the food was pretty good, except for the tamales. They were different than I was expecting, and I didn’t like them.

I always like the decorations in restaurants. This one had a red wall, and the brown wood booths had black seats and backs of …well… I don’t know what to call that kind of material on the seats. It’s not fabric, it’s kind of slick, but not leather, either.

So, I looked up the word Naugahyde, because I think that is what this is. An artificial leather, or pleather or vinyl? I’ll go with that being what these seats are made of. 🙂
