This is a pretty red and white arrangement made of red berries, white cotton bolls, a red carnation, and some sparkly greenery. We see a lot of flower arrangements using cotton bolls around here, as our area is the largest cotton producing region in the world.

There are some red berries mixed with yellow/green leaves up at the top. Then there are many oblong leaves of red. Not sure if these are just leaves of a plant or petals of some kind of flower.

I started to call this ‘cherry berry’, but these berries are not really cherries. Anyway, they are red, and cheery. The flowers are white carnations, and there are sprigs of evergreen leaves. Oh, there’s a pine cone in there, too.

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!

For a last look at some seasonal colorful flowers and arrangements of the year, there are red flowers, red berries, & holly leaves. In the last photo are some artificial sprays of a traditional Christmas type, to add a bit of red, white, and green to any arrangements you may have. I’m not sure what the real flowers are, but may be Kalanchoe. They were in a small decorative pot. The individual flowers were very tiny.
