October Squares – Kinda Icy

October Squares – Kinda Icy Squares Logo

Love is Kind

Well, Fall/Autumn has barely begun yet we have winter already in October! The trees are still green, and now the leaves are coated in ice. The roads are like skating rinks, and we can’t even see out of our back door or windows, as they are coated with ice. We’ve had very low temperatures, thunder & lightning, pouring rain/sleet, and ice for two days now.

It’s not over yet … our Winter Storm will add snow on top of all this tonight.

This photo shows the outside of Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant here in town. The name is in green neon, above a metal, slatted, red line awning. This place is a favorite of ours.

This week Hugh, has asked us what song we like from the past, that has been featured in a TV commercial.

Thanks, Hugh, for posing these interesting prompts.

I had to look some up, just to pick one, since there are so many of them. Here’s one I always liked…the song and the company that used the song. 🙂
