I’ve only been on one ferry and I don’t have any photos of it, but here are a few bridges I’ve been on.
Here’s some bridge photos I took.
First is a double bridge I think was in Missouri.
Next are highway overpass bridges I think was in Dallas TX
Then, the little wooden bridge I put in the fairy garden I made.
Finally, a short bridge I saw when we were spending a few days at Ft. Davis TX

Thanks, Ellen! Very cool! I’ll bet that was fun. It sure was an experience when we were on one, as I’d never seen one before. We were going from Aransas Pass, TX to Mustang Island off the Gulf Coast at Corpus Christi. 🙂

been on lots and lots of bridges and even a few ferries. one particular ferry ride when we were riding our motorcycles in BC (quite a while ago). The BC ferry people were wonderful with motorcyclists, making sure the bikes were secure. when we left BC to return to the US, a US ferry, were told to leave the bikes. once we headed into the wind, knew the bikes weren’t safe and decided they needed to be checked. good we did.

Thanks, Virginia! Oh I’m glad you checked your bikes on that return trip. They sure should have made sure they were secured, for it could have been very unsafe if not.
That one time we were on a ferry was an interesting experience. 🙂
