For the prompt we are to find things, or write about the word two.
I’m choosing mostly photos.
Here there is a beer label with two XX (Cerveza DOS EQIS) and it is green with the Xs in red.
Then there are two of my salt and pepper shakers – novelty chickens, white and wearing blue bonnets/shawls.
This photo is of an egg we were frying. It has a double yolk! Then the reflection in the pan looks like a smile, below the double yolk ‘eyes’. haha!

Two different cities with the same name, which I think is pretty funny.
I was just thinking the other day about some cities we’ve been to. Quite a few have been cities of the same name, in different places. Here’s some I’ve visited. Have you been to any double cities?
- Paris, France and Paris, Texas (also the Paris Hotel, in Las Vegas)
- Las Vegas, Nevada and Las Vegas, New Mexico
- Texarkana, Texas, and Texarkana, Arkansas
- Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas

Thanks for visiting! Peace ☮️

Our roadtrip Dallas took us through Texarkhana😊. The double ducks are cute.

Thanks, Ganga! Wonderful you’ve been to a double city! I like thinking of that, and how they came to be. Glad you like the S & P shakers! 🙂

Thanks, Sadje! I really like them, too. I called them chickens, but now I do see they look more like ducks! haha! 🙂

My brother and his family live in a suburb of Kansas City, Kansas. I believe it’s all one city; how that works is anyone’s guess. Anyway, I’ve been to visit him…

Thanks, John! It’s funny how the cities are divided on the state’s line. We can be in one state, then a few feet farther we’re in the other one. My daughter and family live in KC Missouri. We’ve been up there quite a few times, but this past week they were down here to see us. 🙂

Where my brother lived, the state line ran right down the middle of a street (not his, but not far). One side you were in Missouri, the other you were in Kansas. Very strange…
