Time for something a little different from word definitions.
I have explored my archives and found some questions set by Teresa Grabs who was the originator of Fibbing Friday.
There are some gems so if any questions for March seem familiar, you can understand why!
***
1. What did you find in the unopened can of mixed nuts?
Nothing – you didn’t open it. But if you did you’d find little worms like those in the Mexican jumping beans.
2. They just cancelled your favorite TV show – what do you do?’
Laugh like a maniac because you already knew the universe was against you.
3. What is the answer to 3 Down?
Juan Valdez – I looked on the first crossword puzzle book by my desk, opened it to a random, unused puzzle, and the question to # 3 down was, “famous Columbian” and the answer is Juan Valdez (I didn’t cheat by looking at the answers in the back of the book, either) Who is Juan Valdez? I think he’s the famous Columbian coffee grower. 🙂
4. What do Scots wear under their kilts?
A fanny pack purse to keep their … car keys in while they are marching around in a parade.
5. How did the platypus get its name?
The Wonderful Wizard of OZ held a public vote and platypus won.
6. You find a treasure map – what is the treasure?
The map is also directions to a local fish take away restaurant = you get a free dinner.
7. They are making a movie of your life – what is the biggest whopper they invent?
That I am a famous singer.
8. Bollocks doesn’t mean what Americans think it does…what does it really mean?
It means mountain oysters.
9. What did you give the last person who asked you for a tip?
A newspaper with the jobs/workers wanted section circled.
10. What is over the next hill?
We don’t have hills here, but you will find as you drive along the highway you are suddenly going down into a deep canyon you couldn’t see earlier.

And here are the questions and my answers for last week, as I never got around to posting them.
