1. As a child, did you prefer to watch TV, play games outside on a nice day, or read?
I did all that when I was a kid, but the best was going to the library, checking out books, and deciding which one to start on when I got home.
2. What would you rather do now, read a book, watch a movie at home, dine out with friends, or go down the pub?
Exactly the same … read a book
3. Are you fashion conscious?
Nope, not at all. I wear what is comfortable to me.
4. Do you wear slippers, clogs or go barefoot indoors?
I only have flip flop or similar sandals which I wear year round. Only if I go somewhere I’ll wear my Crocs.

Thanks, Ellen! I’ve always felt that libraries are kind of like my home away from home. Very comfortable being in a library. 🙂

I remember going to the library with my father and getting 4 books each week. 🥰

Thanks, Sadje! Same here. We’d go once a week to choose books. Always something new to read. 🙂

My beloved Robin always wore sandals. She liked to call her flip flops “tongs.” Ha! It would take her forever to get out of the car. (She always had to drive.) Barefooted, it would take her a long time to put her sandals back on, gather everything into her purse and emerge from the car. I would get so cross with her! I lacked patience. For that, I will always feel regret.

Thanks, Russell. Sandals and flip flops are comfortable. We used to call them ‘thongs’ too. For the longest time I would have to drive with my shoe off. Better control of the pedals, I guess. Yes, we do have a lot of things to gather up when we go somewhere. 🙂
