Flower of the Day – Daffodils

These are some daffodils I grew in the front flower bed one year. They came up year after year, but haven’t done so any more. Do you see our kitty peeking around the corner? 🙂

Do you know the difference in a daffodil and jonquil? I’ve looked online, but I forget too easily. Maybe if you can explain, I’ll remember better. 😀

Thanks, Oneta! I’m sure there is some kind of difference, but I haven’t looked it up. Seems the daffodil is larger and brighter in color than the jonquil. But that’s just me guessing. 🙂
