What is a tie dye … This is a word said a funny way – it means to tidy up the house.

What is a raglan sleeve … A dust cloth made from old clothes.

What is seersucker … This is a lollipop given for payment to a fortune teller who reads your future

What is meant by a dropped waist … Those pounds of fat you get rid of on a diet

What is a yoke collar … It’s the person who talks real fast at an auction – usually it’s a yokel who calls out the bids.

What is meant by pigeon toed … This is a cloned animal – part pig and part toad frog.

How many pleats are in a kilt … Maybe a dozen plates are put inside a kiln to make ceramic dishes

What is bias binding … This is a legal document that has been notarized by a judge – true and binding.

What is velcro … I always thought it was one of those black & white whales – an orca.

What is twill webbing … This is what you do when you go on searches for web sites – ‘a webbing you ’twill go – a webbing you ’twill go’ 🎵
