Boss – Stream of Consciousness Saturday – Point

Boss – Stream of Consciousness Saturday – Point

The Friday Reminder for #SoCS & #JusJoJan 2021 Daily Prompt – Jan. 23rd

Your prompt for #JusJoJan and Stream of Consciousness Saturday is: “close eyes and point.” When you’re ready to write your post, open a book, a newspaper, or whatever is handy and close your eyes and point. Whatever word or picture your finger lands on, make that the basis of your SoCS/JusJoJan post. Enjoy!

Today’s SOCS is a fun one! See above prompt, and if you want to join in, see details, and read other entries, just click the above link. Thanks, Linda! 🙂

That is the random word I pointed to in the book I’m currently reading. It’s from a past chapter I’d read from the book, “The Golden Buddha”, by Clive Cussler.

You could say I’ve been bingeing on books by this author for the past month or so. I’ve read about 20 so far. They are really good.

So, the word … boss …

Over the years I had a lot of different jobs, so had a lot of bosses. Most all were good ones. I never had a problem with any of them. They were just there at the job place, and since the workers already knew what their job was, we just got going on them each day. I mostly did office type work, and a time or two did other things.

Probably the worst boss I ever had was myself! I tried selling Avon door to door. I was a bad boss and a bad salesperson. haha! 🙂

Have a great weekend!

Thanks for visiting! Peace ☮️

    • Thanks, Priscilla! My husband loves reading these books, and so one day I was looking for something new to read, so he says to try one of his. I did, and so far I’ve enjoyed every one. Still are a lot more to go. I haven’t read Sahara yet, and didn’t know there was a movie of it. 🙂

    • Thanks, Melanie! I think so,, now that I’ve been reading his books. At first I was thinking, meh – okay I’ll try one, and it was good, so kept going to another one. The mister has probably all his novels, so I have a long way to keep reading. 🙂 Glad you like how the prompt went, too.
