Where do you feel most at home?  Please be more specific than “at home, doh” please. It could be a room in your home, a person, a location… My favorite place at home is right here at my computer desk. I spend most all day here, so that’s a good thing I like it. Otherwise I like my bedroom, because I have a recliner in there where I sit and read at night (and fall asleep), have a snack, and be all comfortable with blankets, pillows, and surrounded by books.

Would you rather ride a bike, ride a horse, or drive a car?  … Let’s see, I’d rather ride a horse. It’s been many years since I have, but I don’t really like driving a car (and haven’t done that in a really long time, either), and I just know I’d fall off a bike and break something.

What song would you sing on “Karoke Night” (if you were forced to do so)?  … I can’t sing. I make singing noises, but the awfulness of it would drive everyone away in a hurry.

University or life experience, which do you feel best prepares you for life? … I’d say life experience would be the best preparation. Book learning is good, but you have to develop some common sense by dealing with whatever comes along in your life over the years.

  1. Wonderful Share Your World Barbara! Thanks for participating! You’re braver than I, horses sort of freak me out. I mean I like to look at them peacefully grazing in a field a far distance off, but up close? Nah. I’ve been riding (twice) and got thrown one of the times, and lost control of the horse the second. Thank goodness there was an alert guide who caught the reins. I think the thing was making a run for the border or something. I’ve been bitten by a horse too, and that’s plenty enough horse exposure thanks. Enjoy your ride and have a great week Barbara!!

    • Thanks, Melanie! I don’t blame you for being leery of horses after your early experiences with them. I’d probably never ride one again, myself, but it was fun at the time. Thanks for the fun questions! 🙂
