Here are the new questions for SYW from Melanie, and my answers. To join in and also see other entries just click the above link. 🙂

What will finally break the Internet?  Do you believe it can be broken at all?

I doubt anything will actually ‘break’ the internet, but it will maybe dwindle away as something new will be invented that everyone will start to use.

What are some ‘red flags’ to watch out for in daily life?  (take it as you want)

Listen to your intuition – that feeling you get is your early warning system working for you – a red flag of something bad going to happen if you ignore it.

What’s the silliest thing someone has argued with you about?

Probably trying to decide what or where to eat lunch or dinner.

What’s the strangest thing you’ve found lying on the ground / side of the road?

A skeleton! It was a real skeleton of some little animal. I found this when I was a kid while on a hike at the lake. We were way up in the dried up weeds on  dirt trail, and I saw the poor little skeleton. I picked up all the bones and took them home. I kept them for many years, and I don’t know what finally happened to them.

Thanks for visiting! Peace ☮️

  1. Thanks Barbara for Sharing Your World! That skeleton sounds fascinating…and to find one intact that way must have been so strangely wonderful that it’s not a wonder you wanted to preserve it. Wow! I agree about the red flags being a subconscious ‘early warning system’. We’re not as far from our primitive roots as we like to think in my opinion. Have a wonderful week Barbara! 🙂

    • Thanks, Melanie! I don’t know what the animal skeleton was, but probably a prairie dog or ground squirrel. But I was weird like that even as a kid to go picking it up. Mostly felt sorry for the animal. Even when I was in elementary school I’d tell people I wanted to be an archeologist and dig up mummies and bones and things.
As for the intuition, I’ve had lots of times paid attention to avoid something bad happening.
Thanks for the interesting questions, Melanie! Hope today has been going good for you. ❤

    • Thanks, Sadje!
I think those little animal bones had been there for a long time, as they were completely bleached out from the sun. I guess I felt sorry for the animal, so I wanted to take care of the bones. I was a weird kid – haha! 🙂

  2. Imagine finding a human skeleton.
I was reading yesterday how scientists had recently discovered all our bones are made from stardust.
It sounds magical but it’s just that calcium was created in the universe when stars were born.
