Flower of the Day – Anthurium

This dark red, large, shiny heart shaped flower has a tall yellow spike in the middle. The Anthurium is a tropical flower and is also called Flamingo Flower Lily, and Painted Tongue. It is a nice house plant and can be grown outdoors in certain areas.
