I was reminded by this cute calendar page that March 12th is National Plant a Flower Day. (it says that, and has a little drawing of a pink petaled flower in an orange pot)

Marigolds and Daffodils are the flowers of March.

Here are some pretty orange marigolds, and some yellow daffodils.
