Packing a suitcase to go on a trip is pretty exciting. We don’t do it very often, though. I think I’m a pretty good packer. I can get a whole lot of stuff in a regular sized suitcase. Most of it I do wind up using while we’re away.

Along with the normal things, like clothes for any occasion, I always pack a blanket and pillow. They are pretty squishy, so fit right in. One time I even bought another pillow while on a trip, and it fit in good too. Actually, it was one of those large smushy dog bed pillows. Yes, it fit, and I still have it and use it. It wasn’t for any dog we had, because we didn’t have a dog at the time. It was for me. I love those huge pillows.

Keep us smiling 🌼

Thanks for visiting! Peace ☮️

    • Thanks, Shelley!
No, it’s just a regular pillow. I have heard of those ‘my pillows’ and wondered if they were as good as they claim. I do like a lot of pillows, and have tried many sizes and shapes. I really like the small one called ‘total pillow’ which is a donut shape & made of micro beads. 🙂

      • Wow – impressive that you can get it to fit into the suitcase. Yes, the My Pillows are great – we love ours. I love lots of pillows too. I had a micro bead one once and the cats tore a hole in it and the beads made a huge mess. But it was comfy until that happened.

      • Thanks, Shelley! I may have to get one of those after all. Yes, those micro beads are a mess to clean up! I’ve had another one that the seam ripped open spilling them out. 🙂

    • Thanks, Jami!
I agree. I like using a lot of pillows, and wherever you travel there is never enough, so I have to bring my own. Oh, heating pad – a definite bring along, and I’ve done that, too. Couldn’t do without that. 🙂
