    • Oh, yes it sure does. We have these sandstorms several times a year, some they even call haboobs where a huge wall of dirt comes rolling in and covers everything. Even with the doors and windows closed, the sand seeps in.

      • It’s a mess when they come, lasting hours. We try not to get out to go anywhere if at all possible during a sandstorm. It gets all over us and in our eyes and mouth with the grit. It’s usually in the late winter/early spring time. They even put ‘dust’ warnings alerts out on the Tv, and I’ve even gotten a notice on my phone, too.
