Is it wrong to sell store-bought pastries at a bake sale?

I don’t think it’s wrong. A bake sale is to raise money for some worthy cause, and people will donate a few dollars and take home something sweet to eat. It doesn’t matter if it came from a store, or is home made.

Have you ever interacted with the police?

Yes, we have a good friend who was a policeman (he’s retired now). We’ve known him since elementary school.

What will you remember most about this past year (this question will show up again, in late December, just FYI)

Probably that the year has passed by so fast.

Is it better to have fungus on your toes, your tongue, or your pizza?

I always want fungus on my pizza! 🙂

What is one slang word that makes your skin crawl?

I can’t stand to hear or see written/typed the word “Woot”. Ugh, it sounds and looks awful. Just say Yay, or Woo Hoo or something. There are a ton of adjectives to describe being happy and excited over something.

  1. Thanks for Sharing Your World with us! 😀 I love fungus on my pizza too as it happens. And I always wondered about “woot”. Apparently it’s supposed to mean “way to go team”…but then why use “Woot” and not “WTGT”…uh. Nevermind. I see the problem. 🙂

    • Thanks, Melanie! Fungus just sounds bad, and most times it is, but the kind you eat is so good on pizza!
There’s a lot of strange words and symbols for words these days. I don’t know why ‘woot’ just rubs me the wrong way, I guess. haha! 🙂
