What a beautiful looking rose. I grow quite a few roses here, what l love about them are their scents and yet many a time some of the flower shop roses are completely lacking in scent.

Thanks, Rory! I’ll bet your own roses are gorgeous! Homegrown roses do smell so much nicer, I have noticed. The flower shop ones are beautiful, but haven’t much scent. 🙂

Exactly, l used to buy a lot of roses for my mother and for Suze, but then when l noticed no scent – l stopped buying roses and only bought flowers that smelled like flowers.
