Is it better to suspect something (bad or hurtful) and not know or to have your worst fears confirmed by sure knowledge?

Better to know the answer to whatever it is, than waste time suspecting and worrying about it. Just tell me and get it over with.

What makes you laugh aloud?   Crack up?   Laugh until your sides split?   When was the last time you had a great big belly laugh?

Listening to what my grand-kids say about things. They are so sure about their opinions, which may be right, but the way they say it is so funny.

Do you suppose Noah had woodpeckers in the ark?  If he did, where did he keep them?   Apologies to the Darwinians in the crowd…this is merely for fun, okay?

Yep, if he didn’t we wouldn’t have woodpeckers in the world today. They just flew around in the ark, mingling with all the other animals. All creatures were well behaved in those days, and caused no trouble. (heh heh)

Why is “Charlie” short for “Charles when they are the same number of letters?

Because it is a cute name for a little kid, and then when he gets older, he can then use the grown-up version of his name.

Thankful, Joyful, Grateful

What  happened in your world this past week that made you feel thankful, joyful or grateful?

That we had a huge storm last night, but no windows were broken out by the hail.

Thanks for visiting! Peace ☮️

  1. LOL – I love how you reassured us that woodpeckers would’ve been on the ark! And that you find joy in little kid’s laughter – so heartwarming!

    • You’re welcome, Melanie!
I don’t know what’s the matter with the weather…it just seems worse than usual, with the winter snows that keep coming, even now, and all the tornadoes everywhere. Wish it would settle down! 🙂

    • So, y’all got those severe storms, too? Glad you got through them without too much trouble. We may be in for more in the next few days down here. We’re always watching the weather news for the Kansas City MO area, as my daughter lives there.

    • Thanks, Willow!
We’ve been through lots of hailstorms over the years and they are intense at times…so loud and destructive if the stones are very large. It’s better weather here today. 🙂
