A bit late, but here’s my entry for the Sunday Trees, hosted by Becca. You can find her blog, “On Butterfly Wings with Buttercup Tea”, at the above link. Thanks, Becca! 🙂

This is a big tree in our front yard. I think it is a fruitless mulberry, as it has no berries or fruit. I always see birds in the branches, and just happened to have my phone/camera with me when I saw this one. It’s a black grackle in amongst the green tree leaves.

Thanks for visiting! Peace ☮️

    • Thanks, Priscilla! I guess they manage in hot weather, but I have seen them sort of panting at times. I don’t know how they keep from freezing in the winter! That one in the photo was with some other grackles, and they are loud. I’d just fed Wow Wow, the kitty, and he was calling all his bird friends to come and get it…haha
So funny that the birds love the cat food, and we have one cat here that loves the birdseed. She’s always under the feeder chomping on the seeds the birds knock out of there. 🙂
