The original post of these questions I believe were from Teresa, and her link is:

Here are the questions:

  1. What is your favorite chocolate dessert?
  2. Where do you go first in the grocery store?
  3. You win three minutes of free shopping in the grocery store with an empty cart…what do you fill it with?
  4. What is your favorite fruit and how do you like to eat it?
  5. You go to a magic cafe where plates fill with whatever you request…what do you get?
  6. How do you like your fish?
  7. Do you eat jello (what is your favorite flavor)?
  8. What is the most, ahem, “adult” food you can think of?
  9. What food do you eat that might put you in the “old” age category?
  10. Mall food courts…yes, no, where do you eat?

Here are my answers:

1. My favorite chocolate dessert is anything made of chocolate…candy, pies, cakes, cookies – you know…Kit Kats, chocolate pie with meringue, chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, and chocolate chip cookies.

2. We go to the left, when we go to the grocery store, past the bakery (where we don’t buy anything), and since I’m following the mister around, it’s the beer aisle first, then milk & eggs, and on around the store.

3. Three minutes of free shopping…I’d get all kinds of meats (they can be frozen), coffee & tea, canned goods, and cat food. Three minutes isn’t very long!

4. My favorite fruit is bananas. I peel it of course, then slice lengthwise all around, leaving the seeds behind (can’t eat seeds).

5. A magic cafe, huh? I’d get Mexican food, like tacos, enchiladas, re-fried beans, rice, guacamole, hot salsa and queso & tortilla chips.

6. How do I like my fish? Non existent …I don’t like fish, dead or alive. I occasionally will have blackened catfish though, because all the spices takes away the taste of the fish, but still can’t handle much of it, because ….fish…ugh!

7. I hardly ever eat jello, but I like lime, or orange

8. Adult type food? Steak?

9. Old age food? I guess anything bland and easy to chew.

10. Our mall food court is a joke…terrible, and I’d never eat anything from there. And, we never go to the mall, anyway.

  1. What is your favorite chocolate dessert? See’s dark chocolate nougat.

Where do you go first in the grocery store? Dairy section.

You win three minutes of free shopping in the grocery store with an empty cart…what do you fill it with? Meat.

What is your favorite fruit and how do you like to eat it? Fresh Pineapple. Just slice and eat.

You go to a magic cafe where plates fill with whatever you request…what do you get? Potatoes and gravy, garlic bread, pasta, more potatoes and gravy.

How do you like your fish? We eat a lot of salmon and it’s baked.

Do you eat jello (what is your favorite flavor)? No, but I used to love strawberry.

What is the most, ahem, “adult” food you can think of? What?

What food do you eat that might put you in the “old” age category? Nothing, not a thing. Thankfully.

Mall food courts…yes, no, where do you eat? There’s some good food in mall courts. Asian mostly.

    • Thanks for playing along with your answers, Sandee!
Now, I’m getting hungry after reading your list. Yes, to potatoes & gravy! We do have baked salmon once in awhile, and I can eat a little of it if I have lots of lemons to squeeze on. 🙂

    • Thanks, Willow!
There’s just something wonderful about chocolate, isn’t there! So good. Fish is supposed to be good for you, I just don’t like the taste of it, but I do like shrimp fixed any which way. 🙂

  2. Your mall has a bad food court? Oh my gosh, I have the worst time trying to decide in ours! Two great Asian places, Homophobic Chicken, Pizza… SO HARD TO CHOOSE!

    • Our mall’s food court used to be pretty good, but not now. There’s Chic fil a (which my mr. won’t eat at all), and one nasty looking Asian place. that’s it. Well, we don’t go there anyway, unless it’s to Barnes & Noble, just in and out of there, no walking around looking at crap we can’t afford or have no interest in. 🙂

  3. Question #2 is interesting since most grocery stores are designed to force you in one direction after entering and towards the back of the store. That old marketing trick may be somewhat antiquated, as the non-Mecca grocery I used to shop at occasionally finally tore down its wall separating the entrance from the main aisles a couple years ago… but I know that was pretty standard for large grocery stores back in the day to corral customers around the side and towards the back to make them pass everything, even if they only had one particular item on their list.
