I have a lot of trouble trying to get African Violets to bloom. I gave away the last one I had, and the recipient had it blooming within a month. I couldn’t get it to bloom in the 6 months I had it.

I never tried keeping one of the violets, before. I think plants cringe when I buy them, as I don’t have a green thumb at all. That’s great your friend got that one to bloom! 🙂
