Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge: May 13, 2018

***

We happened to look out the back door awhile back to see this odd sight. A duck, or maybe it’s a goose, perched on top of the chimney of the house behind us. Never saw one do that before. He stayed a long time, just surveying things. (A big crane was up there one time, though).

Then, the next photo is of a light fixture above the exam chair at the doctor’s place.

Thanks for visiting! Peace ☮️

  1. That is a cool bird photo. I love taking pictures at the doctors’ offices, too. I wanted something fierce to photograph that iPad sign in thingy at the diagnostics place Monday, but the waiting room was full of people and I didn’t want to freak them out. 🙂 At David’s appointments, I’ve taken pics of shadows, carpet/tiles, the faucet (it was a great faucet!), and all sorts of things. Doctors’ offices offer a whole lot of cool things to photograph.
    Have a blessed day!

    • Thanks, Suzanne! I’m the same about taking photos at Dr. offices/rooms. I mean, you’re just sitting there waiting forever, so you get to looking around for things to take a picture of! haha people probably wonder why we’re taking photos of ordinary things. Most times I try to wait until no one is around. 🙂

      • You’re welcome, Barbara. I don’t generally take them in the waiting room at the regular doctor’s office (just in the exam room), but I’ve taken quite a few in the wound care waiting room. We’re generally the only ones there at the time we go, so that works out pretty well. Hey, at least we give folks something to talk about on their rides home. haha

      • haha! I know what you mean. I’m sure I get some looks at the grocery store, as I’m always taking photos in there of all kinds of stuff, especially the flowers! Yes, we give people something to talk about, and I don’t mind, as I don’t know them anyway. 🙂
